• Critically assess overall space needs - given declining enrollment 

             - running 26 FHS classes with 8 or > 

• Oak Point report doesn't touch utilization of current space
• Enlist broad community input  
• Meet Renovation Fund Program   deadline for ADA upgrades to Middle School
• Develop FY 2026 budget in context of any projected capital funding
